Excellent experience from start to finish. Most common fence options are in stock and they provided exactly what we needed for our privacy fence. Fence City also did the install and knocked it out of the part. The fence was perfectly straight and level, and the job site left clean when finished. The installers take pride in their work and the finished product shows it. I highly recommend Fence City for both fence supplies and installation.

I had a split rail fence installed today and couldn't be happier. The salesman (Mike) helped me through the process, while addressing all questions, issues and concerns regarding the fence project. The crew showed up 10 minutes early and was very professional. The foreman (Keith) was very polite, knowledgeable and offered suggestions about the more finite portions of the job; like which direction to open the gates and which side of the fence to place the wire. They installed EVERY post with CEMENT ensuring the longevity of the fence. (Not all fence companies do this) I have 2 large dogs and I will never have to worry about them getting out now. I had my fence installed a little over a year ago with another fence company. The gate latch broke and I reached out to them for help and they completely blew me off. I just have to say in a time when it's a challenge to get contractors etc this company is Fantastic! We just had them out to our house and in a day and a half they completed a beautiful split rail fence for a fairly large and unusual shaped property. My experience with Fence City was excellent! They removed an existing wooden fence (200 feef long) and installed a red cedar fence with dog-eared, 4 inch wide boards. Their workmanship was superb. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks terrific. I would highly recommend them.

The men from Fence City (Lansdale, PA location) just left our property after installing our new chain-link fence. Mark, Johnny and Dan were so kind and accommodating. They listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. We originally ordered the fence through Lowes (Plymouth Meeting, PA location) and the salesman, Rich, was informative and professional. My experience with Fence City was phenomenal! Not only did they arrive on time, they arrived a couple minutes early. Everyone was so respectful and worked so diligently. They enclosed my whole back yard in about 6 hours on a raining Friday. It was so quick! And that even included the lead supervisor spending a significant amount of time on making sure my two gates closed perfectly! We had a couple people over that weekend, and everyone raved over the craftsmanship. Such a wonderful experience of my first fence for my first home!

I see these other reviews rating Fence City one-star, we couldn't have had a better experience. The sales consultant was friendly and professional, he came to our house, asked what the primary reason for installing a new fence was and provided suggestions, options and guidance. The day of the install was freezing in February and the guys were awesome. They explained exactly what they'd be doing, strung up the back-yard to provide a line and asked that we sign-off on the plan. After two full days of installation, we basically had a new, enclosed yard. The fence is exactly what we hoped it would be. Highly recommend.

We needed a fence installed rather quickly, as we were getting a puppy. The estimator came out within a day or two and our fence was put up in about a week, sooner than had been anticipated. The work was well done and the men were reliable and professional. A few weeks after the fence was installed, I asked them to come and cut one of the posts next to the house a bit, as it interfered with opening a window. Jeff and his Crew did a phenomenal job with this project. Compared to other companies I reached out to Fence City had the best price for quality metal fencing. They were punctual, polite, and worked hard and fast all day. The new fencing enclosed a larger area then the old fence so digging was a bit tricky. Those guys handled it with no problem and happily worked the day away. The transformation is incredible. The backyard looks so good not I feel like I have to spruce up everything else to keep in line with the new fence. The safety gates close gently and automatically just as they should and I feel ten times better knowing the safety latches are there. We collected several estimates from different companies, all found on Angie’s List, but felt that Marvin with Fence City was the most knowledgeable.
